TAJ is an improved version of aromatic hybrid Basmati Rice. It is the first early maturing basmati rice variety & has high yield.
This rice is a recently developed and vastly harvested basmati crop. These are not the only qualities associated with this newly developed variety of rice. Each and every grain cooks perfectly, having a good aroma. This variant of rice is an improved version of the hybrid aromatic basmati rice with an average grain length of 8.2mm. Due to low supply and production of the 1121 variety , people are now cultivating more of this TAJ Variety.
